We brew English style ales, which are kegged and served chilled and under pressure. CAMRA would not approve, but casked beer just will not survive at this latitude and temperature.
All our beer is brewed on the premises by our Brewmaster. So the beer served in our tap room (bar) could not be fresher.
Our beers are made only from natural ingredients malted barley, hops, yeast and water. They are unpasteurized and chemical free.
We offer a free pint (hair of the dog) to any client who can prove he /she has suffered a hangover from drinking Kettal beer. So far we have had no takers.
We brew for taste. Our owner/managers, selflessly, comb the world testing beer to discover new flavours and sources of raw materials.
FCK offers six beers throughout the year and seasonal specialities, when appropriate. The names of the beers reflect the historical agricultural atmosphere of our tap room and restaurant.
